This website is hosted by a shared host and run using Weebly CMS. By default, Weebly does not collect any personal data about site visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. However, some plugins used by this site may collect personal data.

Whilst we do not share or sell your data to third parties some website features and technical processes, such as plugins and apps, may retain some of your personal data. We want you to get in touch and make communicating with us as easy as possible. Whilst you can email us directly, we also provide a quick and easy contact form for all service inquiries. This form is provided on this website through a third-party plugin with some personal data collected in order for us to respond to your inquiry.

Information collected includes contact name, business name, contact email address, phone number (if provided but not necessary), and the contents of your request. Information collected will be clearly stated on the contact form.
Information collected via the contact form will not be used for marketing purposes and no contact will be made via the provided email address and/or phone number for purposes beyond the inquiry information unless subsequent permission is provided by the site visitor.

All personal information collected via the contact form will be held for 12 months only. At which time all information will be discarded. If you would like your information removed sooner, please email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

For visitors that submit an inquiry via the contact form, this data will be kept for no longer than 12 months. Analytics data will be kept for up to 2 years for comparison purposes.

Monique McDonell – Author data is stored on a shared central server located in a secure location in Australia. Regular host back-ups are performed as well as regular off-site secure backups of externally held data solely by the business owner located in a separate location of Sydney Australia. Only the owner of Monique McDonell – Author and our server administrators have access to this information. It is not shared with any third parties.
